摘　　要：在建党90周年之际,对党从建立至今的成就与建设经验的总结提上了议事日程,已有的研究主要着眼于宏观层面的总结与归纳,我们也可以从微观与宏观相对照的视角出发,对近年来党在基层工作中的各种创建、成就和经验进行梳理。近些年基层党组织在基层选举民主、基层协商民主、基层党内民主、基层党政关系、基层党组织统筹发展等诸多方面取得了巨大成就。同时党在处理上级组织与基层组织关系中取得了许多好的经验,这些都成为党作为执政党逐渐走向成熟的重要标志。The summary of the CPC＇s achievement and construction experience was put on the agenda in the 90th anniversary of the party＇s establishment. The existing research mainly focuses on the macroscopic level to make summarization and classification. This paper chooses both micro and macro perspectives to hackle the creation, achievements and experience of the CPC＇s grass-roots work in recent years. Grass-roots party organizations have made great achievements in recent years in terms of grass-roots election democracy, grass-roots deliberative democracy, grass-roots inner-party democracy, grass-roots party relations and basic-level party organizations＇ overall development. Meanwhile, the CPC has gained lots of experience from handling relationship between superior organizations and grass-roots organizations, all of which have become an important sign of the CPC＇s increasing maturity as the ruling party.
