新疆南部中心城市城市化与生态环境对比研究

摘　　要：新疆南部城市的城市化和生态环境之间相互影响相互制约,充分体现了人地关系的主题,它们形成一个复杂的系统,已成为关注的焦点之一.笔者利用新疆南部中心城市城市化和生态环境2000～2009年的数据,建立了新疆南部6个中心城市的城市化和生态环境指标体系,并运用模糊隶属度函数进行量化,用SPSS软件等进行主成分分析,求出两个系统各年的综合指数,然后对比分析新疆南部6城市的城市化和生态环境综合指数值,得出这6个城市的城市化进程与生态环境状况.最后结论:通过对新疆南部城市的城市化与生态环境对比研究,以期采取符合新疆南部城市的城市化发展道路,使城市化与生态环境之间协调可持续发展.Urbanization and eco-environment influence and condition each other in southern Xinjiang cities,fully reflecting the theme of the relations between human and land.They form a complex system and become one of the focuses.Based on the 2000-2009 data of urbanization and eco-environment in southern Xinjiang cities,this paper sets up index system of urbanization and eco-environment.And using the fuzzy membership functions of the quantification as well as principal component analysis with SPSS software,it finds out the comprehensive index of the two systems in their processing.Furthermore,the paper makes a comparative analysis of urbanization and eco-environment comprehensive exponent value in southern Xinjiang six cities,thus gets their urbanization process and eco-environmental conditions.It is concluded that through comparative analysis,we can meet the needs of urbanization and eco-environment in southern Xinjiang cities,promoting a harmonious and sustainable development in urbanization and eco-environment.
