缩小城乡差距 消除二元结构——对二元经济论的质疑与反思

摘　　要：当前,我国城乡差距扩大趋势仍未明显扭转,二元经济结构问题仍然较为突出,这与二元经济结构理论在我国的影响密不可分。该理论对传统农业部门特征的判断和对"制度工资"的认识,存在明显的逻辑错误,我们必须对其重新认识,在对我国农村经济基本特征判断的基础上,提出通过有效扩大农村货币供给量和逐步增强农业抗风险能力等措施,有效缩小城乡差距,消除二元结构,促进社会和谐,实现共同富裕。At present, the trend of the gap between urban and rural enlarging is still obvious. Dual economic structure is still prominent, which is related with influence of the dual economic structure theory on our country. The theory＇s judgment of traditional agriculture department characteristics and understanding of ＂ institution wage＂ has obvious logic errors. We must have fresh understanding. And based on judging ChinaJs rural economic basic characteristics, through effectively enlarging the money supply and gradually enhancing the ability to resist risk, we can effectively shorten the gap, eliminate dual structure, promote social harmony, and realize common prosperity.
