摘 要:将NH4HCO3加入到10 g 706硅橡胶粘合剂中,添加气相SiO2作为补强剂,制备氨气缓释材料。研究气相SiO2的用量(0~2.5 g)和NH4HCO3的用量(0.1~1.0 g)、温度(20~40℃)及物料捏合时间对氨气释放速率的影响,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察缓释材料的显微形貌。结果表明,当室温硫化硅橡胶粘结剂为10 g,气相SiO2加入量为2 g、捏合时间为1 h时,材料的缓释性能优异。气相SiO2加入量越大,则材料硬度越高、变形越困难,缓释性能越好,氨气从材料中释放的速率也小。NH4HCO3加入量越小,氨气释放的速率越慢,缓释效果越好;温度越低,材料缓释效果越好。Ammonia controlled-release material was prepared by adding a mount of NH4HCO3 to 706 room temperature vulcanization silicone bonder and the fumed silica as the reinforcingagent.The effects of content of fumed silica and NH4HCO3,temperature and kneading time on the rate of ammonia release were studied,and SEM was used to analyze the microstructure of the materials.The results show that the optimum controlled-release property of materials can be obtained when the room temperature vulcanization silicone bonder is 10 g,the fumed SiO2 loading is 2 g and kneading time is 1 h.Increasing the amount of SiO2,the hardness of materials increase,and the transmuting becomes difficult.Consequently,the controlled-release property increases,the ammonia release rate decreases.The smaller the amount of ammonium bicarbonate,the more slowly the ammonia's release from the matrix of material.The lower the temperature,the better controlled-release properties the material is.
