摘　　要：锤击式破碎机锤头在使用中受交变力的作用,极易磨损乃至失效破坏。在有限元应力分析基础上,找出极易发生破坏的部位。通过材料的合理选择,铸造工艺的合理设计,并进行锤头铸造模拟,确保了铸件质量,以便延长锤头使用寿命,提高设计效率。Crusher hammerhead is exerted force of alternate change in working.Fatigue loads can lead to damage and eventually to failures of hammer.Based on the finite element stress analysis,the site of easy damage was identified.Through the choice of proper material,the design of rational casting process and simulation of casting process for hammerhead,the quality of castings was ensured to extend the hammerhead life and to improve design efficiency.
