摘 要:利用激光熔-钎焊实现了5A02铝合金板和镀锌钢板的优质连接。对焊缝的金相分析表明,接头钢母材未发生熔化,钢一侧为钎焊,铝一侧为熔焊;对接头的组织和结构分析表明,在焊缝金属和镀锌板的界面区形成的金属间化合物,主要成分为Fe6AlSi、FeAl和FeAl3;拉伸试验表明,焊接接头的抗拉强度可达155.720 MPa,约为5A02铝合金母材抗拉强度的76.97%,试样断裂在铝合金母材热影响区,接头的断裂主要是塑性断裂,但有脆性断裂的痕迹。The aluminum and steel welding has become the hot and difficult problem in the field of welding.Aim at the technology characteristic,high quality fusion-brazing joining between 5A02 aluminum alloy and zinc-coated steel sheet,based on CO2 laser welding,is successfully done.From the metallic phases,the steel sheet under the seam is not melted,and brazing is located on the steel side and fusion welding on the aluminum side.The analysis on the microstructure of joint shows that a thin intermetallic compound layer is generated on the brazing interface.The main components in the layer are Fe6AlSi、FeAl and FeAl3.Tensile strength tests prove that the top tensile strength of the joint is 155.720 MPa,about 76.97% of that of the aluminum alloy base metal.The specimen fracture is in the heat-affected zone of aluminum aside.It can be sure that the main fracture form of the joint is ductile fracture,but has the trace of brittle fracture.
