摘　　要：新生代农民工是城市建设大军的重要组成部分,但他们在融入城市的过程中各种合法权益不能得到有效保障。文章在客观分析新生代农民工权益受侵原因的基础上,提出了维护新生代农民工权益的系列对策。The new generation of peasant workers plays an important part in city construction,but their rights and interests cannot get effective protection in the process of integration into the city.Based on analyzing the reasons objectively for the infringing of the new generation of peasant workers＇ rights and interests,this paper presents a series of measures about maintaining the rights and interests of the new generation of peasant workers.
