摘　　要：都市圈是国家"十二五"重点实施的区域战略之一。自主创新是国家"十二五"发展主线之一,在此背景下,都市圈创新力问题已成为多个学科关注的重点。在综合国内都市圈创新力相关研究成果的基础上,从创新外部环境、创新自身能力和创新支撑条件三个方面,构建涵盖21个指标的都市圈创新力指标体系,据此对国内7大都市圈的创新力进行评价分析,并针对东、中、西地区都市圈的现状与评价结果,分别探讨相应的创新力提升战略,对于提升不同地域的都市圈创新能力具有重要的现实意义。Metropolitan circle is the key regional strategy in ＂National Economic and Social Development Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂. In the context of innovation becoming the main line in the same period, metropolitan innovation has become the focus of multiple disciplines. In the base of domestic innovation - related research results on metropolitan area , from three points of the external environment of innovation, innovation ability and innovation supporting conditions, the paper builds innovation indicator system including 21 indicators of metropolitan, evaluates 7 metropolitan circle status according to the rules, and discusses appropriate strategy .
