政治文化视角下的新加坡政党政治及其转型

摘　　要：政党政治形态的生成及其变化,有其特殊的政治文化土壤。变革中的新加坡政党政治反映了该政治体系所蕴含的政治文化的变迁。本文重新考察和分析了新加坡一党独大体制的政党政治形态及其政治文化环境,认为近年来新加坡政党政治形态在向更为民主的方向转型,而这种转型的背后,政治文化所发生的变迁也悄然改变着新加坡社会的政治信念、态度和政治行为。这些新的元素包括参与式政治文化的生长、公民文化的成熟、理性的多元竞争、宽容性的政治文化等。The formation of party politics and its changes reflect unique political culture soil it is rooted in. The transformation of party politics in Singapore has reflected the changes of its political culture contained in the political system. This essay re-examines and analyses the one-party dominance shape and its political cultural environment in Singapore, and draws a conclusion that political system in Singapore is getting more and more democratic in recent years. Accordingly in the back, the changes in political culture is quietly promoting the generation of some new changes in political belief, attitude and behaviour in Singapore society, such as the growing of participant political culture, the maturation of the civic culture, rational pluralistic competition and, tolerance in political culture, etc.
