摘　　要：涉少家事案件由于其家事性特征和涉及未成年子女的特殊性,采用当事人主义模式可能激化当事人之间的冲突和矛盾,甚至刺激其制造虚假信息,混淆法官的判断力。而采用职权主义模式则更能为法官判断子女最大利益提供真实的信息支持,引入社工员的调查报告并建立起信息反馈机制,更符合涉少家事案件的家事性、未成年子女需要帮助性的特点。Because the minor children-related family cases are relevant with its family issues and specific characteristics concerning the minor children,if we adopt the model of adversarial system,it may intensify the conflicts and contradictions of the parties involved,and even provoke them to deliver some fake information,thus,confusing the judges to make some less accurate judgments.Meanwhile,the model of inquisitorial system can provide the real information support to the judges to decide the maximum benefit of the minor children.To inject the social workers＇ investigation reports and set up the information feedback system will be better to fit in with the family features and assistance-needed of minor children of this type of case.
