加强服务意识 引领大众阅读——浅析免费开放后的连云港市图书馆提高借阅率的对策

摘　　要：结合连云港市图书馆部分数据,对影响图书借阅率的原因进行分析并提出相应对策,以求引领全民阅读,将国家免费开放的文化惠民工程做好做实。Combined with partial data of Lianyungang＇s Municipal Library,the paper analyzed the reason affecting the book-lending rate and offered countermeasures in order to lead the nationwide reading and do well in the project that will benefit the nation.
