深圳市宝安区某街道基本职业卫生服务试点项目效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]总结基本职业卫生服务(BOHS)试点工作开展情况,为全面推广BOHS提供数据。[方法]对深圳市某街道预防保健所BOHS试点项目工作数据进行分析。[结果]项目实施前调查服务企业456家,其中存在职业危害的189家;实施后调查企业1 559家,存在职业危害的523家(重点服务企业65家、一般服务企业458家)。企业监测覆盖率,项目实施前为41.45%,项目实施后为95.32%(P<0.01);检测点合格率,项目实施前为66.08%,项目实施后为96.66%(P<0.01)。化学毒物、噪声、粉尘合格率,项目实施前为88.92%、41.64%、50.00%,项目实施后分别为96.66%、35.77%、90.48%(P<0.01或0.05)。企业职业健康体检率项目实施前为81.64%,项目实施后为94.46%(P<0.01);职业禁忌证检出率,项目实施前为0.01%,项目实施后为0.02%(P<0.01)。有卫生防护设施的企业比例、有个人防护用品的企业的比例,项目实施前分别为62.31%、67.91%,项目实施后为82.36%、81.21%(P<0.01)。[结论]深圳市宝安区某街道BOHS试点工作取得了明显成效。[Objective]To summarize the implementation status of basic occupational health services（BOHS） pilot work,so as to provide the suggestions for comprehensive implementation of BOHS in the future.[Methods]Analysis was made on the base of basic occupational health services（BOHS） pilot work.[Results]189 factories with harmful factors of occupational disease among 456 factories were investigated before implementation of projects,523 factories（65 key service enterprises,458 general service enterprises） with harmful factors of occupational disease among 1 556 factories were investigated after implementation of projects.The rate o f the occupational harmful factors test for the enterprises was 41.45% and 99.68%（P0.01）respectively before and after implementation of projects;The eligible rate for the environment test was 66.08% and 96.66%（P0.01）respectively before and after implementation of projects.The qualified rate of the chemical hazards,dust and noise respectively was 88.92%,41.64%,50.00% and96.66%,35.77%,and 90.48%（P0.01 or 0.05）before and after implementation of projects.The occupational health checkup rate was81.64%and 94.46%（P0.01）;the rate of occupational contraindications tested was 0.01% and 0.02%（P0.01）respectively before and after implementation of projects.The rate of enterprises with measures of occupational health protection,the rate of enterprises with personal protection was 62.31% and 67.91%,82.36% and 81.21%（P0.01）respectively before and after implementation of projects.[Conclusion]Obvious effect has been achieved in the basic occupational health services（BOHS） pilot work in a sub-district in Bao＇an District,Shenzhen.
