2005～2009年南阳市卧龙区中学生预防艾滋病宣传教育效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解第三轮中国全球基金艾滋病项目卧龙区中学生2005～2009年的艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,评价中学生预防艾滋病宣传教育效果。[方法]对卧龙区2005～2009年根据统一调查方案进行的中学生艾滋病调查问卷进行分析。[结果]2005～2009年分别调查300、300、718、771、702人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率分别为77.00%、79.33%、83.15%、90.14%、91.31%(P<0.01);艾滋病相关态度正确率分别为40.67%、43.67%、48.89%、50.45%、67.09%(P<0.05);艾滋病相关知识主要来源为电视、免费宣传材料和课堂,分别占77.14%、74.38%、74.99%,希望获得艾滋病相关知识主要来源为电视、报刊和课堂,分别占81.08%、77.71%、77.14%。[结论]卧龙区全球基金艾滋病项目开展的中学生艾滋病知识宣传教育取得了一定的成效,但中学生艾滋病相关知识掌握仍然不够全面。[Objective]To understand the awareness on knowledge and attitude on AIDS/HIV among high school students in Wolong district,Nanyang city in the third round of global fund China AIDS program,2005-2009,so as to evaluate the education effect.[Methods]Cluster random sampling investigation on HIV/AIDS related knowledge was conducted among high school students,with the same methods used,2005-2009.[Results]From 2005 to 2009,300,300,718,771,and 702 were surveyed,The awareness rate of the AIDS related knowledge was 77.00%,79.33%,83.15%,90.14%,91.31%,and 91.31%respectively（P0.05）.And the right rate of attitude to AIDS was 40.67%,43.67%,48.89%,50.45%,and 67.09% respectively（P0.05）,the main routes of knowledge about AIDS were TV,free education materials and classrooms,accounting for 77.14%,74.38%,and 74.99% respectively.tending to acquire the knowledge about AIDS were TV,newspapers and journals,and classrooms,accounting for 81.08%,77.71%,and 77.14% respectively.[Conclusion]The health education among students has achieved certain results in global fund AIDS project counties in Wolong district,but the students＇ knowledge about AIDS is still lacking.
