摘　　要：[目的]了解太原市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为有针对性地制定防制措施及为在2012年全市消除麻疹做好前期准备工作。[方法]2007年4～5月,在太原市辖区内抽取部分3～59岁6个年龄组的健康人群进行麻疹血清抗体检测。[结果]检测2 648人,麻疹血清抗体阳性的2 557人,阳性率为96.56%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶2 250。抗体阳性率,男性为96.12%,女性为96.98%(P>0.05);抗体GMT,男性为1∶2 034,女性为1∶2 473(P<0.05)。抗体阳性率,3～4岁为95.74%、5～7岁为96.41%、8～15岁为97.75%、16～24岁为95.75%、25～44岁为96.21%、45～59为97.52%(P<0.05);GMT最高为45～59岁(1∶3 169),最低为3～4岁(1∶1 964)和5～7岁(1∶1 589)。有麻疹疫苗接种史者抗体阳性率为96.52%;接种剂次不详者抗体阳性率为96.59%,GMT为1∶2 654(P<0.05)。[结论]太原市健康人群麻疹抗体水平较高,但各县区又有差异。[Objective]To understand the antibody level of measles of healthy population in Taiyuan city,in order to provide the basis for formulating measures and removing measles in 2012.[Methods]3-59 years old healthy population were randomly selected to detect the antibody level of measles in 2007.[Results]A total of 2 648 people were detected.The antibody positive rate was 96.56%.Geometric mean titer was 1：2 250.The antibody positive rate among males and females was 96.12% and 96.98%（P0.05）.Geometric mean titer among males and females was 1：2 034 and 1：2 473（P0.05）.The antibody positive rate among 3-4,5-7,8-15,16-24,25-44,45-59 years old was 95.74%,96.41%,97.75%,95.75%,96.21%,and 97.52%（P0.05）.The highest geometric mean titer was 1：3 169 in 45-59years old group.The lowest geometric mean titer was 1：1 964 and 1：1 589 in 3-4 and 5-7 years old group.The antibody positive rate was 96.52% in vaccinated people.The antibody positive rate was 96.59% in unknown vaccination history population.Geometric mean titer was 1：2 654（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The higher level of immunity against measles has been established in healthy population in Taiyuan city,but the antibody level of measles is still different among the counties.
