摘 要:通过分析长江中游新洲—九江河段碍航特性以及河床演变特征,确定了上下兼顾、系统整治、固滩守槽、调控结合的航道整治原则。进而提出采取修建整治建筑物的措施,稳定徐家湾边滩,限制新洲水道上深槽右摆和沿岸槽的发展,归顺浅区水流,恢复并抬高九江水道上浅区鳊鱼滩头部滩体,抑制左汊发展,稳定过渡段位置,提高浅区的冲刷能力。Navigation-obstructing features and riverbed evolution characteristics of Xinzhou-Jiujiang reach in middle reaches of the Yangtze River were analyzed in this paper.The waterway regulation principles such as giving consideration to both upper and lower reaches,system regulation,side shoal strengthening,and combining mode of regulation and control were put forward.Then the fundamental ideas for waterway regulation were determined as follows:building regulation structures to steady Xujiawan beach,restricting the deep channel of Xinzhou reach along with the development of coastwise channel,restoring and raising Jiujiang channel shallow of the head region of the Bianyu beach,bringing down the development of the left branches,stabilizing the position of transition reach to improve the scouring capability for shallow area.
