摘　　要：研究了1-（2-羟基-3，5-二硝基苯基）-3-[4（苯基偶氮）苯基]-三氮烯（HDNPAPT）试剂与汞离子的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下，pH10．3的NH3·H2O-NH4Cl介质中，汞与HDNPAPF形成1：4的红色络合物，表观摩尔吸光系数ε525＝1．63×105·mol-1·cm－1，汞离子浓度在0～0．64mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。方法应用于废水中微量汞的测定。The color reaction of the reagent 1-(2-hydroxy-3, 5-dinitrophenyl) -3 - (4 - phenylazophenyl) -triazene (HDNPAPT) with mereury has been studied. Results show that the reagent reats with Hg(Ⅱ) toform a stable red complex (4: 1 ) in the presence of the nonionic sdrictant Triton X-100 at pH 10. 30(NH3·H2O-NH4Cl). The absorption maximum is at 525 rm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1. 63 ×105L·mol-1·cm-1·Beer's law is obeyed for mereury(Ⅱ) in the range 0 ~ 0. 64 mg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of mereury in waste water samples with satisfactory results.
