摘 要:针对平模式生物质成型机的主要工作部件压辊在工作过程中的快速磨损、使用寿命较短、磨损失效后不便于更换、维修费用高等问题进行了改进设计。通过将整体式压辊改为组合式后,压辊芯和压辊齿圈可单独加工制造,只有压辊齿圈采用了合金材料,减少了合金材料的使用量,降低了成型机的制造成本,方便了压辊齿圈的维修与更换;压辊齿圈外缘的齿槽由直齿改为斜齿后,能够增大压辊与物料之间的摩擦力,提高压辊攫取物料的能力,使压辊运行更为平稳;将压辊轴承改为两个单列圆锥滚子轴承、对称安装结构后,压辊轴承的承载能力可提高近1倍,大大延长了轴承的使用寿命。通过对压辊材料的试验表明,发现使用合金结构钢27SiMn代替45号钢。Improvement design is carried out aimed at the problems in roller, the main working part of flat pattern of biomass briquetting machine in the working process, such as quick abrasion, short service life, not convenient to replace after wear failure, higher cost for repair, etc. After the integral type pressure miler is replaced by a combined type, the pressure miler core and the pressure miler tooth rings can be separately manufactured, only the pressure roller gear using alloy material, by which reduces the usage amount of alloy material and the costs of molding machine manufacturing, more convenient to repair and replace pressure miler gear; the outer edge of the tooth gear ring of pressure roller is changed from straight teeth into inclined teeth, which can increase the friction between the miler and the raw materials, improve the capability of pressure roll grab materials, and the press roller operation is more stable; two singlerow tapered roller bearings and symmetric mounting structure make the pressure roller bearing capacity be increased nearly 1 time, the service life of the bearing greatly prolonged. The pressure roller material test results show that using alloy structural steel 27SiMn as the pressure roll material instead of 45 steel can greatly improve the service life of the pressure miler.
