摘　　要：介绍L-半胱氨酸在氢化物原子光谱法中的预还原、增敏和去干扰等作用。综述了L-半胱氨酸作为氢化物原子光谱法的新增效试剂在测定砷、锑、铋、锡、锗等元素及砷各种形态时的应用。引用文献38篇。L-cysteine, a novel reagent used for hydride generation atomic spectrometry, is presented with respect to its effects of pre-reduction of As(Ⅴ) and Sb(Ⅴ) to corresponding trivalent oxidation states,enhancement of signals and elimination of interference. Valious applications of the reagent in the determi-nation of arsenic, antimony, bismuth, tin and germanium by hydride generation atomic spectrometry are reviewed. Thirty eight references are cited.
