摘　　要：董仲舒廉政思想的核心是正义、正我和正民。正义是构建符合儒家道德的核心价值体系,这是董仲舒廉政思想的基础;正我是正义的方法,主要针对统治者而言,其中心内容是"正君"和"正百官";正民是董仲舒廉政思想的归宿,即使人民安仁乐义,形成良好的社会风俗。The core of Dong Zhongshu＇s view on a clean and honest government is the just morality, upright emperor and postive subject. ＂Just morality＂, its basis, is to construct the core value system of Confucian Ethics; ＂upright load＂, its approach, mainly means that the emperor and the offcials should keep upright; ＂positive subject＂ its target, is to ensure the subjects to be positive about Ren Yi so as to form a good social customs.
