制酸尾气在线二氧化硫分析仪的研制及应用

摘　　要：介绍了在线紫外光度吸收法二氧化硫分析仪的测量原理和结构。该分析仪具有灵敏度高、选择性好、测量范围大及实时在线测量等优点。目前该仪表在张家港双狮精细化工、沙特PRIME BASIC CHEMICALS PVT等企业的硫磺制酸装置尾气在线检测中得到应用。使用结果表明,该分析仪测量值与化学分析值误差不超过1.0%FS,可满足用户使用要求。Measurement principle and structure of online sulphur dioxide analyzer using UV spectrophotometry are described.The analyzer has some advantages,including high sensitivity,good selectivity,wide measuring range and real-time online measurement.The analyzer has been applied in some sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants for tail gas online detection,such as Zhangjiagang Shuangshi Fine Chemicals and Saudi Arabia’s PRIME BASIC CHEMICALS PVT.The results in long-term use showed that the analyzer got an error of no more than 1.0% FS compared with the measured values by chemical analysis and could meet user’s requirements.
