摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状舌管囊肿和瘘管复发的原因以及再次治疗的方法。方法:对2008年1月至2010年1月间我院收治的50例复发性甲状舌管囊肿和瘘管患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:50例患者均再次手术治疗成功,随访时间一年内未见复发。结论:对甲状舌管囊肿和瘘管的患者只要仔细进行综合手术处理,即可有效地防止复发。Objective： To investigate the causes of the palindromia of thyroglossal cyst and fistula,and the therapeutic methods for it. Method： The clinical data of 50 patients with palindromic thyroglossal cyst and fistula from Jan.2008 to Jan.2010 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Result： All the 50 patients were treated by surgery successfully and did not show any signs of recurrence within one year. Conclusion： The palindromia of thyroglossal cyst and fistula can be perfectly prevented as long as comprehensive treatment is carefully performed during the operation.
