高频超声引导移植肾穿刺活检的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声引导下移植肾穿刺活检术在临床中的应用价值及穿刺技术要点。方法:回顾分析42例在高频超声引导下徒手进行移植肾穿刺活检患者的病例资料。结果:高频超声引导下移植肾穿刺活检取材成功率100%,42例患者均做出病理诊断结果,术后除2例出现轻度肉眼血尿外无严重并发症。结论:高频超声引导下移植肾穿刺活检术安全、可靠,成功率高,对指导临床选择合适治疗方案有重要的应用价值。Objective： To investigate the clinical value and technical main points of transplanted kidney biopsy under high-frequency ultrasound-guidance.Method： Retrospective analysis from 42 cases of transplanted kidney biopsy under high-frequency ultrasound-guidance was made.Result： Achievement ratio of biopsy under high-frequency ultrasound-guidance was 100%,42 cases got accurate pathologic diagnoses.No severe complication occurred,except for 2 cases of naked-eye visible hematuria.Conclusion： High-frequency ultrasound-guided transplanted kidney biopsy is a safe,reliable and high-achievement method.Biopsy is a valuable approach in guiding the selection of appropriate clinical treatments.
