摘　　要：加强和创新社会管理是重大而紧迫的战略任务和长期的系统工程,如何有效实施社会管理、确保社会秩序稳定、构建社会和谐,是党和政府面临的重要挑战。社区是社会管理的基层单元,安徽省铜陵市在创新社区管理模式、提升城市管理服务水平的过程中,进行了积极有益的探索。Strengthening the innovation of social management is an important and urgent strategic task and a long-term systematic project.How to effectively carry out social management to ensure a stable social order and construct the harmonious society is an important challenge the Party and the government face.The community is the basic unit of social management.Tongling city in Anhui province undertook active and beneficial exploration.into innovation management mode of the community and promotion of urban administration and service.
