《灿烂千阳》中的女性角色特质及其成因——以西蒙·德·波伏娃的《第二性》为依托工具

摘　　要：玛丽雅姆与莱拉作为《灿烂千阳》中代表着两种不同时代与背景的女性角色,她们既有着先后传承的相似之处,又因其生活环境与个人经历的不同而形成了迥异的人物性格与斗争方式。借助被称为"女权主义圣经"的西蒙·德·波伏娃所著的《第二性》为基本分析工具,探讨了在阿富汗特定社会背景下女主人公玛丽雅姆与莱拉的性格特质及其形成的原因。As representatives of different times and background,the two female characters,Mariam and Laila,in the novel A Thousand Splendid Suns share similarities.However,due to different living environment and personal experience,they have formed different characters and have been fighting in their unique ways.In this paper,we tried to conduct an analysis of the characters of Mariam and Laila in the specific social context in Afghanistan by using theories in the second sex called the ＂feminist Bible＂ by Simone de Beauvoir as the basic analytical tools.
