摘  要:建立了流动注射在线 VS- 型强碱性阴离子交换纤维分离富集 -火焰原子吸收光谱法( FAAS)测定地质物料中痕量银的体系。通过离子交换使 [Ag Cl2 ] -吸附于装有纤维的微型柱中 ,随后用硫脲洗脱 ,并在线引入 FAAS中进行测定。每次消耗样品溶液 8ml,进样频率 4 5次·h- 1 ,浓集倍率 36,相对标准偏差为 2 .5% ,方法检出限 ( 3σ) 0 .2 μg·L- 1 。方法用于地质标样中痕量银的测定 ,结果满意。A flow injection on line separation and preconcentration system using anion exchange fiber is hyphenated with flame absorption spectrometry for the determination of trace silver in geological materials. The silver in the form of [AgCl 2] - is adsorbed by the VS Ⅱ type anion exchange fiber which is packed in a micro conical column. It is then eluted with a 20g·L -1 thiourea solution, and the eluent is directly introduced into FAAS for the determination. A concentration factor of 36 and a detection limit of 0.2μg·L -1 (3 σ ) are achieved under the condition of a sampling rate of 45/h and sample consumption of 8ml/run. A RSD of 2.5% is obstained for ten determination of 50μg·L -1 silver. The proposed method has been applied to determine trace amount of silver in geological samples, and the analytical results obtained are in good agreement with the certified values.
