中药三黄洗剂湿敷治疗湿滞血瘀型复发性丹毒病人的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药三黄洗剂湿敷治疗湿滞血瘀型复发性丹毒病人的效果。[方法]将60例湿滞血瘀型复发性丹毒病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用三黄洗剂冷湿敷治疗及中医辨证护理;10d为1个疗程,比较两组病人的治疗效果。[结果]观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药三黄洗剂湿敷配合常规青霉素静脉输注、外擦莫匹罗星软膏治疗湿滞血瘀型复发性丹毒病人的效果优于单纯常规治疗。Objective：To observe the effect of wet compress with sanhuang lotion for treatment of wet stagnation and blood stasis type of recurrent erysipelas patients.Methods：A total of 60 cases of wet stagnation and blood stasis type of recurrent erysipelas patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each.The control group cases were given routine care,while the observation group cases was given cold wet compress with sanhuang lotion and TCM differentiation nursing based on routine care.10 days were as one treatment course.Then the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results：The curative effect of the observation group was prior to that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of wet compress with sanhuang lotion combined with intravenous infusion of penicillin and the smear of mupirocin ointment in treatment of wet stagnation and blood stasis type of recurrent erysipelas patients is prior to that of simple routine treatment.
