摘  要:首先介绍了化工行业余热利用的重要性以及废热锅炉在余热回收方面的巨大潜力。同时介绍了依照国内相关标准设计制造的高温高压卧式前置废热锅炉的结构特点。结合废热锅炉的特殊工况以及管壳程内介质流动情况,在管程入口处设置单程波纹管,换热管采用三重套管式换热,管箱密封采用Ω型密封,支座采用可变弹簧支座,根据各部位操作温度的不同,使用了低碳钢、耐热钢不锈钢等。对上述几个方面进行了详细分析,以期为前置废热锅炉结构设计提供借鉴和帮助。The paper describes the importance of residual-heat utilization of chemical industry and waste heat boiler's enormous potential in waste heat recovery.Meanwhile it introduces the structural characteristics of high temperature and high pressure horiz waste heat boiler designed and manufactured in accordance with the domestic engineering standards.Combined with the special conditions of the waste heat boiler and the flow process in the waste heat boiler tube and shell,one-way corrugated pipe is set at tube entrance.And triple casing type heat transfer is adopted for the heat exchange tube,Ω type seal is applied for channel seal with variable spring bearing as support.Meanwhile low-carbon steel and stainless steel are applied according to each part of the operating temperature.Therefore it detailed analysis is made based on above aspects in order to provide the reference for similar equipment structure designing.
