摘 要:采用离子交换色层法和蒸馏法结合的方式进行水样中硝酸盐δ15N的分析预处理方法研究。实验探讨了离子交换色层法和蒸馏法的最佳实验条件。实验采用OH型阴离子交换树脂,柱长3.00cm,水样流速900mL/h,用KCl做洗脱液,在15mL/h的洗脱流速下洗脱,水样的洗脱液用蒸馏法进一步处理,蒸馏时间为50min,定氮合金用量0.7g,沸石用量为75mg,HCl吸收液用量为15mL。在设定的实验条件下,硝酸盐氮的吸附率可达到98.60%,洗脱率可达到94.30%。该方法可同时处理多个水样,方法简单,效率高,且不会引起氮同位素分馏。应用此方法对引黄水库水样进行了分析,结果表明:这一方法可以用于黄河下游水域中硝酸盐氮的同位素分析,为水体中硝酸盐氮的来源分析提供了有效信息。Ionic exchange chromatographic and distillation method are used to prepare nitrate in water samples for δ^15N analysis in this article.The best experimental condition is discussed of the ionic exchange chromatographic and distillation method in the experiment.The OH type anion exchange resin is used in the experiment,the column is 3.00cm in length and the water flow rate of samples are 900mL/h.KCl is used as eluent,the elution flow rate is 15mL/h.The eluate is then further treated by distillation method,the distillation time is 50min,the amount of Devard's alloy is 0.7g,the zeolite dosage is 75mg,the volume of HCl absorption solution is 15mL.In these experimental conditions,the nitrate nitrogen adsorption rate can reach 98.60% and the elution rate can reach 94.30%.This method can process many different samples at the same time simply and efficiently without nitrogen isotope fractionation.This method is used to analyze Yellow River Reservoir water samples,the results show that this method can be used for isotopic analysis of nitrate nitrogen in the downstream waters of Yellow River,which provides an effective information for the source analysis of nitrate nitrogen in the water.
