益坤宁颗粒治疗30例切口假腔经期延长的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益坤宁颗粒治疗切口假腔经期延长的疗效。方法 30例切口假腔经期延长患者,口服益坤宁颗粒,1包,3次/d,月经期间不停药;若经期量多,则加服维生素C片,2片,3次/d,连服5 d。3个月为1个疗程。按照病情程度积分表检测及记录,观察临床疗效。结果益坤宁颗粒治疗效果明显,痊愈24例(80.0%),有效6例(20.0%),总有效率为100%,治疗及随访过程中均未发现不良反应的发生。结论益坤宁颗粒具有明显改善切口假腔经期延长的诸症及体征的作用,且安全,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the effect of Yikunning granule on incision false lumen and menstruation extension.Methods 30 cases of incision false lumen with menstruation were given oral Yikunning,1 package,3 times/d,without stop during menstrual periods.If menstrual quantity increased,vitamin C tablets were added,2 tablet,3 time/d,for 5 days,3 month as a course.Tests and records were done by illness severity standings table,clinical efficacy was observed.Results Yikunning granules had significant treatment effect,24 patients（80.0%）cured,effect seen in 6 cases（20.0%）.The total effective rate was 100%.Adverse reaction were not seen during the treatment course and follow-up.Conclusion Yikunning granule has significant improvement effect on the incision false lumen and menostaxis syndrome which is safe and worthy of clinical application.
