摘  要:目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(SAHS)血浆ET-1和NO与肺动脉高压的相关性。方法:选取COPD患者45例作为A组,SAHS患者43例作为B组,COPD伴SAHS患者37例作为C组,比较三组血浆ET-1和NO水平。结果:C组AHI和PSaO2明显高于A组和B组,C组合并有肺动脉高压患者ET-1水平明显高于A组和B组合并有肺动脉高压患者、NO水平明显低于A组和B组合并有肺动脉高压患者,且C组合并有肺动脉高压患者ET-1水平明显高于C组未合并有肺动脉高压患者、NO水平明显低于C组未合并有肺动脉高压患者(P<0.05)。结论:肺动脉高压与ET-1和NO具有一定的相关性。Objective:To explore the correlation of the COPD with SAHS plasma ET-1 and NO and pulmonary hypertension.Methods:45 patients with COPD as A group,43 patients with SAHS as B group,37 patients with COPD and SAHS as C group,compared plasma ET-1 and NO levels of three groups.Results:In C group AHI and PSaO2 was higher than that in group A and group B,C combined with pulmonary hypertension in patients with ET-1 levels were significantly higher in A group and B group combined with pulmonary artery hypertension patients,NO level was significantly lower than that in A group and B group combined with pulmonary artery hypertension patients,and C combined with pulmonary artery hypertension the level of ET-1 was significantly higher than that of C group combined without pulmonary artery hypertension patients,the level of NO was significantly lower than that in C group combined without pulmonary artery hypertension patients(P0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with ET-1 and NO has certain correlation.
