葡萄糖酸钙注射液与地塞米松磷酸钠注射液配伍禁忌探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察葡萄糖酸钙注射液不同方法配制下与地塞米松磷酸钠注射液,序贯静脉注射,两种药液接触后是否会出现乳白色混浊液。方法:实验共分5组进行,将不同方法配制下的葡萄糖酸钙注射液分别注入5根事先准备好已标注有1组、2组、3组、4组、5组字样的10ml干燥无菌试管内。再取地塞米松磷酸钠注射液5支,用5具无菌注射器,各抽吸地塞米松磷酸钠注射液1ml,也按顺序分别注入上述5根干燥的无菌试管内。结果:发现第2组、第3组、第4组、第5组试管中的混合液立即就变成了乳白色混浊液,静置10～20min后,白色混浊消失,肉眼见不澄清液体,判断发生了化学改变,形成了不溶性物质。而第1组试管中混合液未出现乳白色混浊液,外观澄清,静置后也无异常改变。通过实验得知,由于实验采用了不同的药液配制方法,肉眼能观察到两种实验结果,表明在2、3、4、5实验组的条件下,葡萄糖酸钙注射液和地塞米松磷酸钠注射液存在明显的外观配伍禁忌。结论:实验结果证明葡萄糖酸钙注射液与地塞米松磷酸钠注射液在不同方法配制下会出现乳白色混浊液,说明两者之间存在配伍禁忌。Objective：To observe ivory-white dirty solution when calcium gluconate injection and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection are applied together through sequential intravenous injection.Methods：Five different samples of the calcium gluconate injection were prepared and injected into five 10 ml sterile tubes carrying the labels of＂Group 1＂,＂Group 2＂,＂Group 3＂,＂Group 4＂,and＂Group 5＂individually.Five sterile injectors were applied in adding 1 ml of dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection into each of the tubes then.Results：Ivory-white dirty solution was immediately observed in＂Group 2 to 5＂.10 to 20 minutes later,white dirty solution changed into opaque liquid visible to the naked eye.Insoluble substance was formed due to the chemical change.The solution in ＂Group 1＂ is transparent and no changes were observed.from the two different experimental results which were visible to the naked eye and caused by different preparing methods of parenteral solution,obvious incompatibility between calcium gluconate injection and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection was determined when the two were applied in the same condition of ＂Group 2 to 5＂.Conclusion：The incompatibility between calcium gluconate injection and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection was proved by the experimental results.
