仪器法血小板计数警示与手工法复查的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血细胞分析仪血小板计数出现警示符号及其他提示性信息时,与手工计数及显微镜血小板形态观察复核的相关性。方法:使用SYSMEX-1800五分类血细胞计数分析仪检测标本,对多例血小板计数有警示符号者,再进行血小板手工计数和显微镜观察,并结合仪器的计数及直方图进行对比分析。结果:血细胞计数分析仪血小板计数结果出现警示符号时,与手工法计数存在较大差异,显微镜检查可见血小板聚集、巨大血小板、小红细胞、红细胞碎片等。结论:血细胞分析仪血小板计数出现警示符号及其他提示性信息时,检验者应对标本进行手工法计数及涂片染色镜检复核,以手工计数与显微镜形态观察综合报告结果。Objective：To explore the dependability between warning symbol or other promotional message which appeared in platelets count by blood cell analyzer and rechecking of blood plate＇s morphology observation by microscope.Methods：Using SYSMEX 1800 Five classification blood cells analyzer detecting samples,then doing hand-work platelets count and micro-observation on which have warning flag during platelets count,finally,running contrast analysis on these results coupling with instrumental count and bar graph.Results：When the results of platelets count by blood cell analyzer appeared warning symbol,they had big differences with the results by hand-work count,while platelet aggregation,macro-blood plate,micro-blood plate and fragment of blood cell can be examined by microscope.Conclusion：When warning symbol or other promotional message which appeared in blood platelets count by blood cell analyzer,examiner should recheck sample by hand-work count and smear stain test under microscope,then provide final result coupling with hand-work count and morphology observation by microscope＇s data.
