摘　　要：目的:探讨笔者所在医院ICU痰标本嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌阳性的治疗价值。方法:回顾性分析2011年1-12月笔者所在医院ICU中痰标本培养有嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌生长的64例患者,随机将其分为两组,治疗组29例和对照组35例,比较其临床特征及预后相应指标。结果:两组患者在首次检出嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌检出后接受治疗,治疗组预后相关指标:机械通气总时间、ICU总入住时间、死亡率与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:对痰标本嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌检出者进行针对性的治疗效果并不显著,患者的预后情况差。Objective：To discuss the treatment value of positive stenotrophomonas maltophilia cultured in Sputum samples.Methods：Date of 64 cases positive stenotrophomonas maltophilia cultured in sputum samples from January 2011 to December 2011 in our hospital in ICU were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups,the treatment group（29 cases）and the control group（35 cases）.The clinical features and prognosis index accordingly of two groups were compared.Results：Patients with positive stenotrophomonas maltophilia cultured in sputum samples in the treatment group were treated.The index accordingly with total duration of mechanical ventilation,the length of ICU stay and the mortality between the treatment group and the control group were no statistically significant（all P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect is not significant for Patients with positive stenotrophomonas maltophilia cultured in sputum samples for the treatment and the prognosis of patients were badly.
