摘　　要：The method of TLC analysis of N ethyl p menthane 3 carboxylic amide crude product was studied.H silica gel plates were activated at 110℃ for 2h and cooled to room temperature.The developing solvent system was petroleum ether(b.p.30～60℃):propanone 5:1(v/v).The plates were developed by spraying with 2%KB iI 4 and 1% alkali KM nO 4 consecutively.The method of TLC analysis of N ethyl p menthane 3 carboxylic amide crude product was studied.H silica gel plates were activated at 110℃ for 2h and cooled to room temperature.The developing solvent system was petroleum ether(b.p.30～60℃):propanone 5:1(v/v).The plates were developed by spraying with 2%KB iI 4 and 1% alkali KM nO 4 consecutively.
