复方药物安痛定、阿斯匹林和克感敏片中非那西丁含量的分光光度法测定

摘　　要：In this paper,the content of phenacetin in compound tablets of Aspirin,Antongding and Keganming were determined in hydrogen chloride acid by spectrophotometry without any preliminary separation.The potassiun dichromate (0.1molL/L)was adopted as collor reagent.The average recoverys and relative standard deviations of compound Aspirin,Antongding and Keganming tablets are 100.6%,0.355%,100.1%,0.263%,99.27%,0.598%,respectively.This method is simple,rapid and with satisfactory results.In this paper,the content of phenacetin in compound tablets of Aspirin,Antongding and Keganming were determined in hydrogen chloride acid by spectrophotometry without any preliminary separation.The potassiun dichromate (0.1molL/L)was adopted as collor reagent.The average recoverys and relative standard deviations of compound Aspirin,Antongding and Keganming tablets are 100.6%,0.355%,100.1%,0.263%,99.27%,0.598%,respectively.This method is simple,rapid and with satisfactory results.
