摘  要:The novel type of solid acid catalyst was prepared by treating active white earth with H 3PW 12 O 40 and was applied to dehydration of 1,4 butanediol to tetrahydrafuran by continuous flow type gas solid reaction.Excellent catalytic activity was found and the yield of tetrahydrafuran could be over 96%.The effect of reaction dynamic conditions on catalytic activity and tetrahydrafuran yield was investigated and the optimum reaction conditions of obtaining tetrahydrafuran was found.The novel type of solid acid catalyst was prepared by treating active white earth with H 3PW 12 O 40 and was applied to dehydration of 1,4 butanediol to tetrahydrafuran by continuous flow type gas solid reaction.Excellent catalytic activity was found and the yield of tetrahydrafuran could be over 96%.The effect of reaction dynamic conditions on catalytic activity and tetrahydrafuran yield was investigated and the optimum reaction conditions of obtaining tetrahydrafuran was found.
