摘　　要：纤维水泥制品行业生产中循环用的混(回)水大量存在,如果不能很好地加以利用,一方面会影响制品的强度,另一方面会造成废渣沉积、增加生产成本,同时使作业环境恶化。通过对循环混水工艺和设备的改进,使混水得以及时利用,清混水罐8个月甚至13~14个月清一次也不会发生堵罐和积渣现象。Much mixing water in fiber cement products industry during the production is existed,if the mixing water can not be well used,not only the strength of cement products will be affected,but also producing cost will be increased by accumulating mixing waste residue with bringing the bad working environment.Through improving the technology and equipment of cyclic mixing water,the mixing water will be used immediately,and the slag will not be plugged or accumulated in eight months or even in thirteen^fourteen months for once cleaning.
