摘 要:采用二步法制备了聚氨酯 /乙烯基酯树脂互穿聚合物网络 ,动态力学分析法研究了IPN的阻尼性能。结果表明 ,聚氨酯 /乙烯基酯树脂互穿聚合物网络出现宽温度阻尼范围。当聚氨酯 /乙烯基酯树脂 =40 /60时 ,材料的宽温度范围的阻尼性能最好。在体系中引入柔性链可改善低温阻尼性能 ,而引入刚性链则降低阻尼值、提高阻尼温度、阻尼温度范围变窄。在体系中引入大侧基能显著提高聚氨酯 /乙烯基酯树脂互穿聚合物网络的阻尼性能 ,提高交联密度会使阻尼性能大大降低。A series of polyurethane/vinyl ester resin interpenetrating polymer networks (PU/VER-IPN) were prepared by two-step polymerization, in which polyurethane(PU) is in the structure as network Ⅰ and vinyl ester resin(VER) as network Ⅱ. The damping properies of PU/VER-IPN samples were tested by DMA. It is found that the PU/VER-IPN has the best damping properties in broad temperature range at PU/VER=40/60. As the content of soft main chain increases in IPN system, the low temperature damping properties of IPN were improved,while hard main chain increases, damping value decreases, damping temperature rises and its range is narrower. When larger side group is leaded into PU/VER-IPN system, the damping properties are enhanced very much, and on the other hand, crosslink makes damping value decreased.
