摘  要:以甲醇与环氧丙烷反应合成聚丙醇甲醚,制得的聚丙醇甲醚与硼酸反应,合成聚丙醇甲醚硼酸酯,合成聚丙醇甲醚硼酸酯的最佳工艺条件为硼酸与聚丙醇甲醚的质量比为1∶26、反应温度为130℃、时间3h,收率达93%.对合成产品进行了红外分析,推测出合成产品的结构.以合成的聚醇醚和硼酸酯为主体材料,制备了高性能硼酸酯型汽车制动液,对其质量检测表明,其性能指标已达到DOT4规格要求.Respectively with methanol and propylene oxide reaction for the synthesis of poly alcohol ether,then reaction with boric acid,obtained poly ether-methanol boric acid ester.The optimal conditions for poly ether-methanol boric acid ester were as follows: the quality ration of boric acid ester to poly ether-methanol 1∶26,reaction temperature 130 ℃,reaction time 3 hours,the yield of poly ether-propanol boric acid ester was 93%.The structure of the synthetic products was analyzed by IR.Except that,a high-performance boric acid ester brake fluid was prepared,using poly ether and boric acid ester as the main material and adding some addictives.Finally,the performance test results demonstrated that the brake fluid reached the American DOT-4 standard.
