摘  要:建立了分离和测定丁烯二酸的2个异构体———顺丁烯二酸和反丁烯二酸的反相高效液相色谱法。以Shim - packCLC -ODS柱为分析柱 ,以甲醇 -水 (体积比5∶2 ,用磷酸调至 pH3.0)为流动相 ,流速0.7mL/min,检测波长为220nm,外标法定量。顺、反丁烯二酸的检出限分别为0.10和0.075mg/L(S/N=2) ;相对标准偏差分别为0.47 %和0.54 % (n=3)。二者的线性范围均为10~60mg/L。该法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高的特点 ,用于实际样品测定,其结果令人满意。A method for the determination of two butendioic acid isomers by reversed _ phase high _ performance liquid chromatography is described. cis _ Butendioic and trans _ butendioic acids were separated by Shim-pack CLC-ODS column, using methanol-water(5∶2 by volume)solution adjusted to pH 3.0 by phosphoric acid as a mobile phase with flow rate of 0.7 mL/min. The quantitative results are obtained by external standard method. The detection wavelength of 220 nm is applied for the samples. The detection limits are 0.1 mg/L and 0.075 mg/L(S/N=2), and relative standard deviations are 0.47% and 0.54%(n=3) for cis _ and trans _ butendioic acid, respectively. Linear range for both isomers is in 10~60 mg/L. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and was applied to determination of practical samples with satisfactory results.
