摘　　要：提出了一种基于IEC 61850:2003变电站配置语言(SCL)文件的通用信息建模配置方法。以自主研发的智能电子设备为例,在分析SCL文件的结构、类型和智能变电站实际应用基础上,具体介绍了建模过程,并对关键步骤和技术重点进行了细化分析。通过相关配置工具,获得反映该设备模型信息的SCL文件。A general information modeling and configurating method was put forward based on the substation configuration description language（SCL） files in IEC 61850：2003.The structure,type and application of SCL files were analysed in detail.The process of modeling was introduced by specific intelligent electronic device for example.And the crucial steps and key technologies were analysed.The SCL files reflecting the equipment model of information were got through the related configuration tool.
