集棉器对成纱质量的影响

摘　　要：探讨了EJM128K型环锭细纱机上集棉器对成纱质量的影响。分析了集棉器的数学模型,在EJM128K型环锭细纱机上加装不同型号的集棉器分别纺制CJ9.7 tex、CJ7.3 tex纱,测试纱线的毛羽、强力、条干等各项指标,并进行对比分析。结果表明:集棉器对成纱强力和成纱毛羽指标提高较明显。In order to discuss the effect of the collector on yarn quality on EJM128K spinning frame, mathematical models of the collector are analyzed. Taking 9.7tex and 7.3tex cotton combed yam for example, yarns were spun with different types of collectors on EJM128K spinning frame with yarn hairiness, strength, evenness tested and compared. The result shows that the collector obviously improves yarn hairiness and yam strength.
