摘  要:目的:建立HPLC法小儿清解颗粒中绿原酸和连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS(250×4.6mm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为0.80mL.min-1,检测波长:277nm。绿原酸和连翘苷与其相邻质峰能完全分离。结果:绿原酸和连翘苷的线性范围分别为:7.30~219g.ml-1(r=0.9999)、2.35~118g.ml-1(r=1.0000)。方法回收率均不低于98%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,能排除其他成分的干扰,可用于该制剂的质量控制的评价。Objective: A HPLC method was established for the determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Forsythin in Yankening Pian. Methods: Shim - pack VP - ODS (250 × 4. 6mm) column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0. 2% phosphoric acid solution by gradient elutio, The flow rate was 0. 80ml . ml - 1. The detection wavelength was 277nm. Chlorogenie Acid and Forsythin could be completely separated from interfacing impurity peaks. Results: The HPLC method showed agood linear relationship in the range of 7. 30 . 219g . ml - 1 ( r = 0. 9999) for Chlorogenic Acid, 2. 35 ~ 118 g . ml - 1 ( r = 1. 0000) for Forsythin. Recoveries for the four components were all above 98%. Condusion: The methods is simple accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the granules.
