观察复方丹参冲洗液对膝骨关节炎远期的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方丹参注射液冲洗对膝关节骨性关节炎患者远期的临床疗效,阐明其可能的作用机制。方法:抽取我科2005年以来的住院病例,根据不同治疗方法分为复方丹参注射液组、生理盐水组,每组各30例,冲洗三次后进行随访,对远期疗效的相关数据进行统计、研究。结果:复方丹参注射液冲洗组能改善膝关节骨关节炎的临床症状、减轻关节疼痛、改善关节功能,效果优于生理盐水组。结论:关节腔内用复方丹参注射液冲洗,能缓解膝骨关节炎的症状,预防复发,提高临床疗效,研究表明可能是通过减少炎症反应、润滑关节软骨等途径来实现的。Objective： To investigate the forward clinical efficacy of the compound Danshen injection for the patients with osteoarthritis of the knee, and to clarify its possible mechanism. Method ： 60 hospitalized patients with osteoarthritis of the knee in our department since 2005 were divided into the compound Danshen injection group and saline group according to different treatment methods. Patients were followed up after flushing three times, and forward efficacy data was statistically analysis. Results ： the treatment of rins- ing with compound Danshen injection can improve the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis, reduce joint pain and improve joint function, prevent recurrence, which was better than the saline group. Conclusion： Intraarticular injection with Danshen could quickly relieve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis, and improve clinical outcomes, that may be achieved by reducing inflammation, and lubrication of articular cartilage way.
