中西医结合治疗老年女性非感染性尿道综合征31例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨老年女性患者非感染性尿道综合征的治疗方法。方法选择2008年1月至2011年3月该院收治的老年女性非感染性尿道综合征患者83例,随机分为观察组(n=31)、纯西药组(n=30)和对照组(n=22)。纯西药组给予南京欧加农制药有限公司生产的替勃龙片每次2.5mg,每日1次口服;观察组用药与对照组相同,再加针灸治疗;对照组给予地西泮每次2.5mg,每日1～2次口服(以症状轻重而定),谷维素10mg,3次/日口服,比较3组治疗效果。结果观察组显效(77.42%)、有效(19.36%)和无效(3.23%)与单纯西医治疗组(43.34%、30.00%、26.67%)和对照组(9.08%、18.19%、72.73%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年女性非感染性尿道综合征给予针灸加雌激素替代治疗安全、有效。Objective To explore the therapeutic methods of non-infectious urethral syndrome in elderly women.Methods 83 cases of elderly female non-infectious urethral syndrome were randomly divided into 3 groups,the observation group（n=31）,the pure Western medicine group（n=30） and the control group（n=22）.The pure Western medicine group was given Tibolone tablets produced by Nanjing Organon Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.oral 2.5 mg,once daily.The observation group and the control group were given the same medication and added with acupuncture.The control group was orally given diazepam 2.5 mg,once to twice daily（according to the severity of symptoms）,oryzanol 10 mg,3 times daily.The curative effects were compared among 3 groups.Results The excellent effective rate,the effective rate and ineffective rate were 77.42%,19.36% and 3.23% in the observation group,43.34%,30.00% and 26.67% in the pure Western medicine group and 9.08%,18.19% and 72.73% in the control group,showing statistical difference among them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus estrogen replacement is safe and effective to treat elderly female non-infectous urethral syndrome.
