摘 要:以聚碳酸酯二元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主要原料,采用预聚法合成了聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯(WPU),用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了WPU,考察了不同NCO/OH(摩尔比)对WPU乳液粒径及薄膜的耐水性、拉伸性能的影响,并研究了WPU的热稳定性。结果表明,随着NCO/OH值的增大,WPU乳液的粒径增大,稳定性降低,薄膜的耐水性和拉伸强度提高,扯断伸长率降低;WPU薄膜的热分解速率较快,硬段的热分解温度为193℃,最大失重温度为287℃;软段的热分解温度为321℃,最大失重温度为364℃左右。The waterborne polycarbonate-polyurethane(WPU) was synthesized by pre-polymedzation method using polycarbonate diol and isophorone diisocyanate as main raw materials,the WPU was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the effects of different NCO/OH(mole ratio) on the size of WPU latex,water resistance and tensile properties of WPU film were investigated.The thermal stability of WPU film was studied.The results showed that with the increase of NCO/OH(mole ratio),the avevage size of latex particle increased,the stability of latex reduced,the water resistance and tensile strength of WPU film improved,but elongation at break reduced.The thermal decomposition rate of WPU film was faster,the thermal decomposition temperature of hard segments was 193 ℃,the maximum mass loss temperature was 287 ℃;the thermal decomposition temperature of the soft segments was 321 ℃,the maximum mass loss temperature was 364 ℃.
