摘　　要：针对当前通信网络建设各自为政、资源掌握不清、运行管理支撑不利等原因导致网络管理效益难以发挥的问题,在分析业务承载关系和网络关联关系的基础上提出通信网络谱系的概念.依据系统/要素等系统分析理论,设计了基于决策试验和评价实验法方法(DEMATEL)的通信网络谱系算法,并从全网和子网两个角度进行应用分析,得到要素之间的综合影响程度及其中心度、原因度,给出谱系因果图,并据此剖析网络承载/关联关系,证明了算法的有效性.In order to increase the benefit of communication network management and solve the problem that each network resource acts its own way without mutual coordination,the concept of communication network pedigree was put forward by introducing the service carrying and network correlation relation.According to system/integrant analysis theory,the arithmetic means of communication network pedigree was presented based on method of DEMATE（decision making trial and evaluation laboratory）.To show the application of proposed network pedigree,for networks（reflecting the network system to networks） and network（reflecting the network to running indicators）,the integrated effect degree,center degree and cause degree were found,the causality figures were presented and the network carrying and correlation relation were dissected.The test results indicate the validity of the arithmetic.
