摘  要:为研究红外照明剂中氧化剂的成分和可燃剂的含量对红外照明剂综合性能的影响,用光学性能测试装置测试了三组配方可见光的输出和红外辐射强度.测试结果表明,对于氧化剂,KNO3单位质量的红外辐射强度EJ(26.00W.s/(sr.g))最高,但是燃烧速度(1.38mm/s)过慢,而CsNO3有助于提高燃速,因此选用两者组成混合氧化剂,最佳比例为35%KNO3+35%CsNO3,单位质量的可见光EI为98.04 cd.s/g,红外辐射强度EJ为16.55W.s/(sr.g),隐身指数为0.169,燃烧速度2.73mm/s.对于可燃剂,5%Mg或Ti的燃烧速度较低,分别为3.76和3.74mm/s;Si和B有利于单位质量的红外辐射强度EJ和可见光EI的输出,分别增加了20.88%和9.07%.To investigate the effects of oxidant and fuel contents on the performance of infrared illuminating compositions,three formulations of contents have been tested using optical performance test device.The visible light intensity and infrared radiation of infrared illuminator with three formulations were measured.The results show that: for oxidants,the infrared radiation output per gram of KNO3 is the maximum,which reaches to 26.00 W·s/(sr·g),but its burning rate(1.38 mm/s) is low,while CsNO3 can overcome such a shortcoming.Therefore the combination of 35% KNO3 and 35% CsNO3 is the best oxidant.The illuminator with this formulation has the measured performance as that the output of visible light per gram is 98.04 cd·s/g,the infrared radiation output per gram is 16.55 W·s/(sr·g),the index is 0.169 and the burning rate is 2.73 mm/s.For the fuels,the two formulas containing 5% Mg and Ti have low burning rate of 3.76 mm/s and 3.74 mm/s,respectively.Nevertheless,Si and B could benefit to the output of visible light and infrared radiation per gram.The output of visible light is increased by 9.07% and the infrared radiation is increased by 20.88%.
