摘  要:分析中石化东兴厂常减压装置受环保,气候,蜡油处理方案变化等因素影响,2011年八月上旬减渣500℃含量超出指标要求,最高达6.8 mL。为提高馏分油收率,进行了优化调整:提高增压器蒸汽量,调整减三中段回流量,增加塔底汽提量,提高炉出口温度等措施。渣油500℃含量由6.8 mL下降到4.9 mL。The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Dongxing Plant Sinopec, under the effect of environmen- tal, climate, gas oil treatment scheme changes and other factors were analyzed. In early August 2011, residue content of 500℃ exceeded requirements, up to 6.8 mL. To increase distillate yield, the optimization adjustments were carried out that increased the amount of pressurized steam, adjusted the middle three drainage reduction, and increased in tower bottom of stripping, and measures of improving the furnace outlet temperature were proposed. Residual oil content of 500℃ was decreased from 6.8 mL to 4.9 mL.
