摘　　要：随着提速重载机车不断地投入运用,轮缘磨耗又一次成为突出问题,这也促进了轮轨润滑技术的快速发展。HB-3型轮轨润滑装置具备先进的曲线预识别功能和灵活的喷脂模式,不仅能高效润滑,还能节约润滑剂、节能降耗并提高行车安全性。配套的润滑剂具有优异的二次转移性和减磨性,保证机车轮缘润滑的同时有利于钢轨及车轮的减磨,且它优良的生物降解性符合环保要求。在青藏公司、西安铁路局、神华集团等现场投入运用,取得了良好的使用效果。As speed-up heavy freight Locomotive is put into use,the wheel flange wear has once again become a prominent problem.It has been also promoting the rapid development of the wheel-rail lubrication technology.HB-3 wheel-rail lubricating device has advanced curve pre-recognition feature and flexible spray lubricant models.It can bring about efficient lubrication,saving lubricants,energy saving and improving running safety.The lubricant matching for HB-3 wheel-rail lubricating device has excellent secondary transferability and friction reducing performance.It is not only to ensure the locomotives flange lubrication but also conducive to reduce the wear of rails and vehicles＇ flange.Its excellent biodegradability complies with environmental requirements.HB-3 wheel-rail lubricating devices have been made into use in Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company and Xi＇an Railway Bureau and Shenhua Group.It has achieved good effects of use.
